With over 30 years of experience in business development and operational management, Nadeem is a proven leader in change management, business transformation, and process optimization. Having worked in the aviation and banking sectors, he brings a wealth of expertise to his role as a founding member of this organization, with a strong commitment to empowering individuals with different abilities and promoting equality.
Nadeem’s qualifications as an FCA from Pakistan, CPA from the USA, and CGA from Canada provide him with a comprehensive understanding of business requirements across a wide range of industries and company sizes.
Saada Al Taei

Saada Al Taei has been an innovator in establishing UAE’s largest BPO operation in Al Ain, for a renowned international airline, with a vision to empower UAE National ladies to stand equal in serving their country. She has more than 18 years of experience, working in banking and aviation industry with in-depth knowledge of process reengineering, people management and customer-centric roles.
Saada is a great motivator and visionary. She has been the face of a flourishing BPO and with her passion to make a difference in people’s lives, is the driving force in the creation of this venture.
Haroun Asghar

Haroun Asghar is a seasoned tax executive with 25+ years of experience, including leadership roles at KPMG UK and PwC.
As the former Head of Tax at Etihad Airways, he established and led the tax function, overseeing international tax matters, strategic planning, and risk management. With expertise in VAT implementation, double tax treaties, and tax audit litigation, Haroun is known for his extensive knowledge and ability to navigate complex tax environments.
Nadeem Nazir

With over 30 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure and healthcare, Nadeem has worked with global companies, public sectors, and family conglomerates across Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, GCC, and Pakistan.
He holds qualifications as a Chartered Accountant from Pakistan, trained at PWC, and is a Certified Management Accountant from the USA. Additionally, he has received Performance Leadership training from the London Business School and is a Certified Director from the Institute of Corporate Governance/IFC-Pakistan.
